A few things about Aspire. They're not manipulators. They're not pirates. They're not boogeymen under the bed. They're a small IB that provides small equity lines of credit to young tech and biotech companies. They do not buy and hold; market risk is not their thing. They sell almost everything they buy. (And with IPIX it's often at a loss.) They've been selling all this time and will continue to sell through the upcoming trial results. In fact they're trying to sell as much and quickly as possible at the moment, because they have a very limited appetite for directional risk, and our announcements represent risk. A lot of risk. Biotech is volatile, esp around trial announcements.

(And this is what "equity underwriting" is, by the way, just buying a ton of stock and selling it on to the public. They just do it via an equity line instead of as one big public issuance.)
