Don’t fall in the trap that are setting. Look at the credentials of those you can. You can easily look at the Company’s team and their credentials and you will not find another OTC stock with this caliber at the helm. I wonder what kind of creds some of these anonymous people on here have. But one thing is for sure you shouldn’t trade on emotion one way or the other IMO. Stay put! Yes, just read the financials to see the converting notes and the ever increasing O/S.

Those that converted a few weeks a go were @.00005. That is 1% of todays price and shows just how much profit the noteholders are making. For such a "fantastic" ceo he signed some pathetically bad financing.

Its not a scam stock but the levels of dilution are worse than many of those. Its a pity because without it this stock would be several times higher.

Its easy to trade it as you know Tom will continue to dumps billions of shares, so it always comes back down.
