Any previous PJET debt from the previous operations should remain with the previous operations as it goes private.

I'm confident that the old management would not set up the new management for failure right out of the gates. And also, I believe that the new management would not come into an entity knowing that they would have to assume debt from the old management that they were not responsible for creating.

I believe all sides shared mutual feelings on the issue. This is only my belief. I've seen stranger things, but I believe that we will be fine here with PJET... or that's the risk that I have decided to take.
