If this rumor is true that's what I call hedging your bet.
Dan could easily lose in court... even intentionally.
This rips control from everyone.
Potts agrees to sell the other 49% at .0008 which it will crash to if Scott wins.
Since Potts controls everything he can buy out every share at any price he wants.
Then RP Capital is 100% owner of the asset.
Now a question....who are the people who make up RP Capital management?
Maybe the same people who make up the current SRSR management? Maybe some others too?
