This does not have an immuno effect. It is a conjugate of a PS binding agent with a protein call Sap-C. The binding agent gets the Sap-C into the cell. The SapC, sufficiently accumulated, leads directly to cell death.

I think it would infringe, but you might want to see if North40000 or Bunglar could chirp in. Regardless, that does not prevent testing. By law, one can infringe on a patent to run trials.
