It must be so bad that they have no idea how to present this to the public, potential new investors, current investors, etc,etc...

I don't think they are working on the Songbird deal at all; they rather try to figure out how to best cover their asses IMO.

Wonder what the excuses will be that nothing will happen here until 10/31...

Getting delisted for not reporting for 2 years is not a given. I agree these Pinksheeters should get delisted for that, but there are some out there that have never reported and have not been delisted.
