This would be just a terrible scam. It makes no sense at all.

What kind of dumb ass pours millions of his own dollars into a scam, takes it to federal court (can't be disputed), pays to refile with FINRA, pays to get up to date on the old filings, manufactures fake cars (i mean this is beyond idiotic), buys an office, buys 37.7% of another EV manufacturer (can't be disputed), all while the PPS is dropping.
