Yeah...or when they want to pay less for their shares for a better flip. I'm sure there are many that are in serious red now...been there before, so I can empathize...but I honestly believe patience will pay off here. The funding & buying is just beginning...asset valuation should bring in more investors with that type of mindset...IMO. Never thought these prices would be available again...but alas...here we are.
