we all needed to petition to have all salaries and fees paid to the CEO and the BOD be terminated - essentially they are doing nothing but spending their time and efforts to their private entities like Allseas which IMHO belongs to BOX Ships as they siphoned all the assets over the years from BOX thru taking their ships, charging excessive fees so the CEO could profit from it etc.
Petition the BOD of BOX:
1) move all assets of Allseas to BOX Ships since most of the profits and assets were stolen from BOX over to Allseas IMHO
2) petition also to stop all salaries and contract payments to the BOD and the CEO as they do nothing for BOX ships , just his private affiliates
3) ask for a full accounting of what the BOD and CEO of BOX ships has been doing for BOX ships and its common shareholders
