I did say I agreed with your original statement, just wanted to clarify that not all T-trades are evidence of dilution, but MANY people believe it is.
And again, it isn't the T-trade that is the dilution that people claim - it is the note converting in the first place. The T-trades are just evidence of those shares being sold.
