No CEO no CFO no COO

No directors or officers listed whatsoever

No new management

No financials posted, stop sign for a week and a half.

No payments to long side or k2 as a result of the lawsuits they lost.

Business license for NTGL revoked and NTEK business license expired.

No shareholder meetings for the past 2 years.

No audits being worked on.

No communication with shareholders

Nobody home at kruse drive, ntek "hq" dark and locked up tight.

The scam is coming to an end.

Jeff Foley and his wife have a go fund me page looking for $50,000 because they lost their house in the Napa fires.
So far they raised $2,833 from 29 people in 3 days. I don't see any present or former Nanotech employee names in the 29 contributors, including David or Lisa Foley.
