Aphria is a criminal organization in direct violation of US federal laws, and so are any investors.

Owning a share of Aphria is owning a part of a US cannabis operation that in actively engaged in international money laundering.

this schit will not be tolerated, serious people are taking active steps to stop this activity.

HC could and should suspend APH licenses to produce cannabis until they comply with US laws, TSX could and should delist them, the SEC should immediately suspend trading on APHQF, the DEA should take all the shares, sell them back to Canadians and keep the money.

ANYTHING like this happens, APH loses half its value over night, you could lose it all while sleeping
