This company is complicated. Two facts:

Denny is very intelligent and knows what he is talking about.

Absent fraud or a major macro crisis, Syncora has tremendous value. $5/share on the low end.

This morning, Reliance Rail 2018 syncora wraps are now quoted up to 96.5 x 97.5 from 93-94 in September

Yes two European Bondholders- holdouts appealing but Market vector pointing towards ReFinancing occuring... having New South Wales pushing it along and guaranteeing it should help it close... whether full refi or partial will be good to have resolution.
