You are 100% right Mary... as I said two weeks ago, this was indeed both dilution and panic selling due to the dilution. If we want to halt the panic selling then Steve should announce that this debt is settled and the issuance of shares has ceased.
Settling this debt will put an end to the run up and sell back to 01 that we have seen on the last few PR's. Hopefully we something on this today or tomorrow.
We are so undervalued right now with Millions in revenue being announced every week. I believe the PPS is due to explode up soon and these prices are a gift. No better time to get buy into ONCI than right now IMO.
