probably none but he has ABANDONED the company it appears long ago. minus the stupid CO SOS fee i guess. but there is a glimmer of hope given it is not delisted yet.

Anvil has stated before how to go about petitioning the court along these lines. bottom line is that Newton has abandoned this company, has utterly failed, and should, as his last shred of decency, hand the "company" over to someone or some entity to get it trading again.
