NOTHING has CHANGED. Don't let others try to scare you. Look at last year and every previous filing, Jimmy ALWAYS files LATE!!!! I expect the annual report to be out approx. the same time it was last year - Nov. 1st. 2015 and 2016 Jimmy filed for a late extension for the 10k at the end of Sept. and both 10k's were released Nov. 1st and Nov. 2nd. Why does anyone think 2017 would be different, especially with all the work that's been going on? We aren't going dark, next report will be outta this park!
