I've bene away from this forum for a while. Apart from going current, do you know who is currently involved? What about Turnleft people, are they still part of the Company?
I am happy if we go current but frankly have been in this stock for so long to be eroded enough in value to know that without real business value will just burn down after each and every flame...and we never had real business, what has changed?

I would tend to agree with you BUT what about all the toxic converts? This will drive away any serious money. Any chance the knucklehead mangement team might understand this? They really don't have to be such big pigs to make really really serious money for all concerned, don't you think? (look at all these toxic converts that came are after a huge r/s, jeez!)
any chance they could modify the above piggy piggy plan??
if they did, this goes dollars. if not, it is the same bh rinse and repeat game.
