Savy surgeons who are paying attentiom will notice the difference. But word of mouth is powerful when you trust someone. Of course they are different, its just worrysome that the first competitor put the gate is like the chuk-e-cheese of surgical robots. Or maybe its the gigl of robots.
Current robotic surgeons likely won't go backwards to that device and it is unclear how it will even fit in most ORs. There is no question on how limited the OR is with space.
