Personally, I think they are more than just partners. There almost has to be some ownership there as well, in Equities. Why else would they have put their CFO in here as director/CFO of the shell, not to mention utilizing the 'Eastone' name.
I'd be willing to bet 'Capital' owns a large % of 'Equities', we should know once the filings come out and this ceases to be a shell company.
