Doog- Create a list of what IPCI has actually done in the last 4 years. It is virtually nothing. I think sending that list to the board would be grounds to fire Odidi once and for all. Oh... And don't forget to highlight Odidi's best attribute as a CEO- the ability to raise money by selling equity at inopportune times and the lowest price possible!!!!!
