The only value any Vakser ticker has is when it's well and truly ripped from his cold, scammy hands. HE KNOWS THIS which is why his last several scams have been announced in conjunction with his (cough cough) "resignation." So when that alone failed to work, his last two attempted scams have involved the fairy-tale fiction of him relinquishing total control of his beloved tickers:
1) TDEY supposedly reverse merging with Kent Linduff/ Oak River Technology which failed due to Eddie's going dark and his "failure to perform"... but not before he cashed out millions of shares

2) SUTI which he purportedly "sold" to William Lee Miller though no "OFFICIAL" filing (i.e. a non-Luther controlled Fakebook post) or other disclosure has been made.
The DOL lawsuit further "enjoin them from serving as fiduciaries to any plan covered by ERISA."
That means Eddie (then using the alias "IKE"--see below) Vakser can never again run a company that provides retirement benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). How pathetic. That means he'll never be able to run any legit company of any size that has qualified, well paid employees. As a result he's forced to resort to swamp rats like Jeffries and Miller who'll front for him in exchange for free shares. -------------------------------

Note: Eddie's father "ISKO" who records show owned the house died 10 months later. Two years later the house was transferred to The TAZ TRUST (Boris Vakser- Trustee) http://www.collincad.org/propertysearch?prop=69936&year=2014 Not sure whether Eddie used his dad's name, address and SS# to shield or shift assets to him. The IRS might find it worth investigating.
