Yep I'm actually ok with the $4M raise because it at least alleviates any further cash concerns for the next few months.

What I'm most disappointed about is that all of us who remain have seen nothing that would suggest a major change in how IPCI continues attempting to unlock its potential relevant catalysts is coming any time soon right!

Hard to believe that 4 years ago I legitimately thought IPCI was on the verge of becoming the next PCYC.

In my defense IPCI already had 3 institutions holding a collective 6M shares of IPCI's 21M tradable float at the time and I thought the momentum gained from the FDA approval of the 1st 2 strengths of FocalinXR was gonna open up the floodgates on additional ANDA approvals of at least 2 per year.

I also thought that IPCI was going to be securing partners on both Regabatin and Rexista sometime over the course of these past 2 years and quite possibly securing a partner on Rexista that would also pay for the development of Rexista with PODRAS...but boy was I wrong on all counts...and the main reason IPCI got sold down to these levels post Rexista AdCom is because time is finally catching up to them!

Shameze had IPCI positioned for major institutional interest 4 years ago and for approximately 4 months post Focalin approval this stock behaved like a big board play on the verge of something special.

But what we didn't know back then is that Broadfin, Tekla and Sabby were all exiting and the FDA was gonna come along and yank the tentative Focalin approval on the 4 additional strengths IPCI should've received full approval on in May 2014.

We also didn't expect that 4 years later Gluco and Keppra would be FDA approved but shelved making Seroquel the only additional ANDA in IPCI's pipeline that's even now beginning to be commercialized.

Everything that went right in IPCI's 1st 4 years of public market endeavors has certainly gone wrong these past 3.5 years and absent Dr. Odidi stepping aside to become Founder and Chief Scientific Officer I see nothing that's going to miraculously occur over the course of the next 9 months that gives us any reason to expect institutional money to begin accumulating...and without institutional support IPCI was never going to become the super star stock play I had envisioned when I 1st began accumulating it almost 6 years ago lol.
