Exactly who really cares who bought the $4M private placement shares.

6 months from now those funders are going to liquidate their position regardless of who they are...because that's what private placement funders do no matter who they are...their goal is to buy restricted shares then sell them after the vesting period expires...and if we're lucky there will be enough positive sentiment in play next year to absorb their exit.

Sabby, Tekla and Broadfin once collectively held 6M IPCI shares 4 years ago today...but all 3 of those institutional types exited on the Focalin news and IPCI's had no institutional support since.

Amigo Mike has been spot on about this stock the entire time he's posted his overall thoughts here and I've been 100% wrong in all of my positive expectations every single year for 3.5 years running now.

4 years ago we all should've took our gains made around the 5 buck level and never looked back but hindsight's always perfect sigh!
