you seem to have left out the whole sentence ..the meaning was the short term funding was completed however the whole paragraphs mentions "funders".

To be truthful, Rositano said that but provided no details. Everything else is speculation ie: Automatski is the debt solution. who really knows? That has not been stated nor verified by FDBL. Rositano can say anything but facts are stubborn things. Where is the validation that a debt deal is done. ?
