120 acres is a large amount of land despite what people try to say on this board.

It would make complete sense for San Bernardino to incorporate a remote town that is located far away from highly populated areas to generate tax rev's. check out the link for figures

Considering 1-million sq/ft grow facility takes up approximately 23 acres. This represents about 20% of the town purchase itself.

Does anyone want to guess how much a 1-mill sq/ft grow facility would generate in revenues? Then feel free to multiply accordingly

It makes one wonder why anyone would want to avoid the topic in the reply. Would be very easy to buy back stock once this revenue is earned by AG.
