You are mistaken or deceitful because none of the three court cases against Talari are settled. There is a federal court case open in Tampa Florida, there is Pinellas County Florida lawsuit, and a Texas lawsuit. In fact depositions on the Texas lawsuit were just taken last week with Talari and Huffman.

I hope nobody's counting on you for truthful information.

Please supply a link to the/any resolution. I can’t find any on Pacer.

If I did find one,I would post it to support my claim as I prefer facts and honesty.
