If this stock runs, it's due to thousands of dollars spent on a promo with hopes of unloaded a mega stack of shares. You know, the typical pump n dump. Not anything the company is doing...

or does OTC delist/ bankrupt a company if it cant hold 0001 for a certain timeline?

Agreed- .005 no problem with the current share structure. I also have seen .005 with this share structure.
