I do not know what the date of Debt is.
Is it the date of priviatization?


The only record I have of my BRWC Shares -
at the time of privatization - is on an Annual
Summary of Trades I received by mail from
my Broker.

It looks to me like the new President is
expecting BRWC to be sold or liquidated in
in the Foreclosure Proceedings.

And after the Plaintiff is paid in full the remainder
of the monies will be allocated to BRWC to distribute
to Creditors first and common shareholders last.

I asked the new President if the NY Supreme Court
was notified of the Receivership and did not get
an answer.
