Since 2002,OVRL/ANY has had 1 for 350 in reverse splits..There is no doubt in my mind it will average sub three dollars remainder of the year,back to penny status next year.Three years ago Spiffy was at ten bucks,today its at a dime,i see nothing in the horizon beyond short term trading blips.
