Thanks for confirming that. Could it be

that this is an empty "clean" Shell that another company is going to reverse into? Since the Bank of Marin cleaned up the CHOB mess, this could be a debt-free Shell and someone or some organization is preparing to reverse into it and change the symbol later.

I'm not throwing $$$ into a hole, but there is something I do not understand about this.
