A cooperation agreement is a legal document of contract which is framed between two individuals, parties or business corporations to mark the pact made between them to pool in resources or intelligence to lead towards a common goal.
"No cooperation" can still mean a couple of different things until it's clarified. Unfortunately, I've gotten no response from my last email so I figure they've had enough of us.
