My guess is the 1 consistency is common always gets screwed for the benefit of preferred. I'm assuming this means the Moelis plan will happen and we end up with the 7 to 10.

I have quietly harbored that same concern, because out of all the people we assume have the ear of DJT, Paulson, Berkowitz and Ackman, the only one of them is mostly is Ackman, who among the three, has the least access to DJT.
