Neither....$ Partnership or Merger $ will come first....IPIX will have the privy of trial data to share with there CDA's signed with big Bio-pharma that will be hammered out before it's PR'd to the public retail and real shareholders if all is overall overwhelming before it leaks out to other Bio-pharma that wants in ....all imho and a very good place to be as an investor!!!.....tryz

Lot of IFs to cross.
Most of OTC biotech live with same IF and dream vanishes.

I hope that somewhere the downward movement stops and it will become non- penny or non-Dollar shop.
