Flair09, you may not have too much experience in biotech stocks . No one invests in biotech for their cash, but cash is No.1 important issue. If burn rate too high company neeeds to sell stock ( dilution) and it will immediate affect the stock price. In 2-4 year not consider other factors, only dilution couple of times, the stock you hold could only worth less than 50% of original value if not significant less.

I am not saying this will be the case here but it happened all the time especially for small biotech stocks.
