- Dilutes their shares in the open market usually into oblivion - O/S have doubled

- Hires compensated promotors, sometimes boiler rooms -

- Normally has officers that has a track record in attempting or that have taken advantage of investors - who is the CEO?For real.........

- Issues convertible/debt constantly which substantially raises their O/S - No SEC filings, OTC flings are a joke.so we really don't know
