Billions of shares have been diluted since the first mention of 'equity investors' wanting to help, IF that was even true. There is nothing left for equity investors now.
Why argue with me? Figure it out for yourself. How much money could BVTK get from equity investors if ALL of the rest of the AS was eligible to be sold to equity investors at 50% discount. That is a simple math problem. The answer is somewhere around $6M if ALL of the shares could be sold but they CAN'T, because of existing convertible debt.
