I am one that has been divesting BVTK and am taking a look at OCSY. I will need to do more DD before committing, but I've done enough to figure out that this is basically a new company with a new charter in the cyber security area. What I have not yet figured out is what, if anything, remains of the previous company? Is there still business there? The fins reflect the old company. I can't tell if it's strictly a name change, or if old management is out and new management in with a new charter...
Someone that has been around this stock a while might spin up the scenario for how we got here and where we go from here...
