All I am saying is that with the best quantum dots, with no degredation of the QD LED test, and opening a multiple nanomaterial store that promises quality, quantity and low prices, Mr Squires and QMC are doing something right. Without knowing the reasons for the delay of the 10K, we can't say it's bad. There are too many positive probabilities and too little negative ones.

No reason for you to stay. Sell your shares. You are only here to knock QMC.

They’ve missed 1 SEC this year. This will be the second. If they have another in next 18 months then they hit the filing penalty threshold.

They didn’t meet the 30 day OTC threshold in the spring as they filed within 30 days of the extension date. Therefore, that 2 occurrence clock has not started.
