Should the two undeveloped mines be negatively affected, this can be positive for Banro.
This Canadian company can now claim compensation from the US.
Producing gold there would still take 10 years.

The compensation for war crimes could, however, be rejected.
Because of lack of geography knowledge of the president.
So everything stays open again for Banro.
