Uplisting to Nasdaq is a Very GOOD thing. It certainly will seperate MGTI from all of the other OTCBB bitcoin related companies that are pretty much non reporting scams. A definate plus!

Experienced shareholders know stocks will go down 50% minimum right after reverse split done and 10% minimum drop every single day until no bids. So reverse split is not an option!
