I’m relatively new at this; I’m also confused because I thought the LOi was dated: October 2, 2017;
The PR said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to finalize the merger; if I read it correctly it will be November 2, 2017 (at least) before we can begain to celebrate.
Did I misunderstand something?
