This wasn't a formal LOI where they have to file an 8k. They publicly announced they signed a LOI which doesn't mean anything. They said it'd be accretive to earnings in Q2 2018. (this was supposedly signed Q2 2017). So what does this mean? Your 60,90, 120 day windows are moot and wrong.
