You are missing a very key point, there is nothing of value here unless Tony makes it happen. He could have walked away, and what chance would anyone have had of ever getting anything back??? He has done this without pay to date, try finding someone else willing to do that job. He has a factory open that is driving revenue and building value for shareholders, and I applaud that!
