I sometimes wonder about companies that have been in business a long time. What exactly is the catalyst that will help them grow? It certainly isn't going public, because in this deal the only thing they got so far is a load of convertible debt and some legal fees. IF they are going to increase the A/S to issue more shares (or do a reverse split), then I suppose I could see them raising new capital. But that wouldn't be a positive for shareholders. So, I'm thinking they could make their plan a bit more transparent (if they have a plan).
