--- I agree that shorts can't destroy a business unless the business is in the business of selling stock.

Very well put sir.

--- Shorts can and do destroy individual portfolios in an immoral fashion such as what Our-Street does.

I suppose this is true but they usually don't short stocks unless the business model is full of holes to begin with. I do not condone anyone pumping or bashing a stock that can gain financially from it unless they are posting facts.

--- I still wonder why you think what he does is "good"? You can't even compare what he does to Pump and Dumps. At least with P&D's, investors/traders have a chance to get out at incremental losses rather than a flat out bottoming out.

I don't know our-street to know his intentions but the intentions of pump and dumpers are obvious. Even if our-street was up to something to make himself money that would not mean that his information was false. There is nothing wrong with posting negative information if it is true no matter how it may harm investors. Let's face it, nobody can keep the stock price down of a company with legitimate profits. Maybe for a short time they can keep it down but not for the long run. The fact is that every example stock I have seen given for comparison to this company are now trading near 52 week lows. That is because they didn't have real business models that can make money and increase shareholder value. The PPS will always find the value of the company at some point in time.

I see nothing of real value in CSHD. I don't like all the past business model changes. Software one day, trucking one day, insurance one day, whatever! Let's change the name of our company and our ticker so we can fool new people into thinking we finally found a successful business plan.

What does this actually mean?

Shorts can and do destroy individual portfolios in an immoral fashion such as what Our-Street does.

Are you saying you think that "shorting" is immoral? Are you aware the ability to short is as old as the markets itself?
