No, INOH said no such thing. They said they’d share “revenue guidance” which simply means they’ll issue more forward looking statements, similar to the AWS $3.2M in revenues nonsense from which INOH never saw as much as a dime.
In that PR, INOH also claimed they hired a two-time congressional honor winner - which of course never happened either. They merely fabricate stories in order to sell shares.
