I took from the CC, Troy only likes the long term investors here & has considerable disdain for all others (flipper types). He only reluctantly PR'd anything, because he has always been waiting till acquisition assets are locked in first...that's what I heard him say, anyway. In short, he's looking for stable investors, instead of typical flippers, momo players, et al...that clearly populate all the OTC boards. Higher exchange mentality in a pinky environment...tuff to do, but he's methodically pressing onward.
