Freedom Finance investment company is planning to make an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in late 2017-early 2018, Chief Executive Officer, Timur Turlov told reporters. “We will be the first company from the former Soviet Union to get listing and meet all the requirement on audit and information disclosure set by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. We plan to make an IPO at the end of this year or at the beginning of next year," he said. Parameters of the IPO will be defined closer to the placement date, he said.
