lol this is not news. there has BEEN a ban for 10 months... it will most probably conclude in December, 12 months after issuance. do you even have any of the dividend shares? did they cost you anything? if they are never tradeable, you lose nothing. zero costs. zero loss. but i suspect the shares will become available for trading after the 12 month waiting period.
