fab....As I have no legal background either ... as I understand if from when this happened to IDEV. The lead plaintiff does not get anymore or any less than all the rest of the people who sign up for the lawsuit. Now how can you say the law firm that is actually suing IPCI will not take any money? This is how they make a living.
